WebLabels is a secure, limited access system used specifically for entering HUD Certification Label data in accordance with the Manufactured Home Procedural and Enforcement Regulations Part 3282. Any other use of this system or data is expressly forbidden.

IBTS desires to accurately process the information entered into the WebLabels System, protect all information from unauthorized use and accurately present the Manufactured Home industry-wide production and shipment information to HUD.
